Our proper ‘al dente’ cooked pasta dishes feature handcrafted dough created with two specially selected 00 flours from Napoli and the north of Italy, crowned with amazing locally sourced produce, and some imported ingredients from the best of Italy’s larder. The menu extends beyond pastas include vibrant salads and attractive antipasti.
